One person, the whole stack.
I work alone, and I work through the whole stack. I set up the server a product runs on, write the code, design the interface, and then deal with the people who use it. Nothing is handed off, so nothing gets lost between the parts.
In practice that means native macOS utilities in Swift, web interfaces in TypeScript and React, this site among them, and automation that takes repeated work out of somebody's week. It also means nine subreddits I built and still run, with 400,000 subscribers between them and more than two million views a month, and the Linux servers, WireGuard routing and network hardware underneath all of it.
Right now I am building a CRM system and a wellness app for iOS.
